Who We Are

Victory Outreach Santa Cruz is part of Victory Outreach International, a global Christian ministry dedicated to evangelizing and discipling the hurting with the hope and message of Jesus Christ. We are committed to planting and developing churches and training centers in strategic cities worldwide. Victory Outreach inspires individuals to realize their potential with dignity, belonging, and purpose, while working collaboratively with others to fulfill our mission.

How Is It Structured?

Victory Outreach is an independent fellowship of self-governing and self-supporting churches. Each local church operates with complete autonomy, empowered to meet the needs of its community through a unique approach. This decentralized structure allows for the development of new leadership and maximizes growth potential globally. While each church operates independently, they are part of a regional and district framework and adhere to the Statement of Faith and Core Values established by Victory Outreach International. Victory Outreach International serves as a support organization for all local churches within the fellowship.

What Do We Believe

For over 45 years, the foundational beliefs that have been a primary motivating factor in Victory Outreach are seen evident in the thousands of lives that have never been the same since they walked through the doors of Victory Outreach. Victory Outreach is uniquely distinguished by its fundamental belief in God’s love and in the transforming power of His love for hurting people from all walks of life. Victory Outreach believes in the church’s mission to reach the lost as mandated by Christ in what is known as the Great Commission found in the Gospels. Jesus commands his disciples “… go and make disciples of all nations” and “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation” (Mt 28:19, Mark 16:15 NIV).

Victory Outreach believes that the Spirit of God is still actively working in the building of the church through manifestations such as the Baptism of the Holy Spirit for the empowerment of service, speaking in tongues and the impartation of spiritual gifts to each believer (Acts 1: 4-8, 2: 1-4, I Cor 12, Rom 12: 5-8).The beliefs of Victory Outreach can be classified as Evangelical and Pentecostal. Meet Our Pastors

Our senior pastors, Jerry and Doreen Morales, lead Victory Outreach Santa Cruz with a deep passion for reaching the people of Santa Cruz County. As part of Victory Outreach International, they are dedicated to sharing the hope and love of Jesus, helping others experience personal transformation through faith. With a strong focus on community outreach and spiritual growth, they guide our church in creating a place where everyone can discover their purpose with dignity and belonging.
